Eligibility for Returns:
Customers may request a return within 48 hours of purchase if the product is damaged, expired (in the case of feed), or not as described at the time of sale.

Non-Returnable Items:
Live animals (poultry or livestock) are non-returnable once delivered and accepted, unless there is a verified health issue at the point of delivery.

Return Conditions:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original method of payment or store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

Exchange Option:
Where possible, we offer an exchange for the same product or a similar item of equal value instead of a refund.
